Back to the airbrush after working a lot on my BIOBONDAGE artwork.
My desire to paint with an airbrush has resurfaced with a vengeance.
Working on a digital mockup allows me to test several options.
Nothing is set in stone with this approach. Accidents and unexpected events can occur and are part
of the creative process at that moment.
First, a rough sketch in acrylic paint, then oil takes over on this large canvas.
I gradually build up the layers using the airbrush and oil paint, diluted appropriately for this technique.
The color gradients blend beautifully.
This is a very colorful piece, which is a change from my usual style and the black-and-white world of my other creative realm.
